Versalift TMD 2000 Series
The TMD 2000 series provides technicians with the tools they need to work safely and efficiently.
- Boom Assembly: Lower and intermediate booms are constructed of high-strength steel, while the upper boom is made of high-strength fiberglass for insulation.
- Insulation: The fiberglass upper boom is certified for 46kV and below per ANSI A10.31 dielectric rating requirements.
- Boom Lift Cylinder: Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders with dual counterbalance holding valves and self-aligning spherical bearings power the extension system.
- Rotation Drive: A hydraulic rotation drive with a worm and spur gear operates on a shear ball rotation bearing, with a load sense for side load detection.
- Turntable Winch: The 15,000 lb capacity winch has an average line speed of 35 fpm at 40 gpm flow.
- Hydraulic Overload Protection: A pure hydraulic system senses boom lift cylinder pressure and side loads, disabling major components when overload conditions are detected.
- Continuous Rotation: Unrestricted, 360-degree continuous rotation.
